Storm Water

Industrial & Commercial facilities with certain business activities must file for an Industrial General Permit, develop a Storm Water  Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) &  sampling.  
Regulatory Agencies include the EPA Water Quality Control Boards, and local City/County.       Inspection and training, SWPPP, Sampling, SMARTS database mgmt. and reporting                                                           

Hazardous Materials

SPCC

Federal Spill, Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) 
Facilities that meet the threshold of petroleum products on site require an SPCC under the Federal CWA. Local CUPA or Fire Departments are the regulatory agency with oversight.  Specialized and tailored for your individual site, and includes annual inspections.
